This Read Beast with the two Beautiful ladies is Maruti Suzuki's XA Alpha Concept. The mass production model will be obviously different from this but still it is the basic layout of the MSI's Compact SUV which will arrive in India early next year to compete with Renault Duster & forthcoming Ford Ecosport. The Concept was showcased at Delhi Auto-Expo 2012 with an unofficial announcement of launch in India next year.
XA Alpha is researched & developed in Suzuki Motor Corp. Japan specially for emerging Asian Markets.
Talking about the production version in India, most expectidely it will carry both Petrol & Diesel Engine options. Maruti's K-Series will power the Petrol Varient while the Diesel varient will be powered by the same trusted Fiat 1.3 Multijet motor.
Kind of Mouthwatering response Renault Duster got from Indian market left the other Automakers to think about the all new 5-Seater Compact SUV Segment. Result-worthy Ford Ecosport is ready to launch & now Maruti's XA-Alpha is also on board. Launch of XA is expected in mid of next year & price will be around INR 8-10 Lakhs.
